Qualifications

• Typically 10-15 years of progressive experience across talent management, succession, capability, leadership development or learning.
• Experience translating regional or global frameworks into market solutions and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and govern the multi-year enterprise talent, succession, learning and capability strategy, roadmap, standards and investment priorities.
• Lead critical-role identification, enterprise talent reviews, successor slates, readiness assessment and succession-risk reporting.
• Create differentiated leadership and learning portfolios for executives and emerging talent with clear measures of learning transfer and business impact.
• Own the enterprise skills taxonomy, proficiency standards, future-skills mapping and capability heatmaps.
• Translate capability gaps into integrated build, buy, borrow and targeted talent-mobility recommendations.
• Partner with HRBP and business leaders to turn priorities into practical solutions that support business performance.
• Represent Indonesia in Asia talent community and support cross-market initiatives.
• Provide trusted talent intelligence, dashboards and evidence-based recommendations to leadership.
• Lead the Talent Management and Learning team, governance, budget, vendors and data use.
