Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking an experienced Enterprise SaaS closer in Indonesia to lead multi-stakeholder deals across hospitality clients. You will own prospecting through to close, build a personal pipeline, and drive results in a high-velocity market.

You will leverage MEDDPICC and AI-assisted tools, collaborate with product and enablement teams, and push for value-based conversations with hotel executives. Join a global revenue team and help hotels adopt Lighthouse's AI platform to boost revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a closing sales role with SaaS experience.
• Hospitality tech experience is a strong advantage.
• Self-directed, coachable, and driven to improve.
• Comfort selling to C-suite and GMs.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from prospecting to close.
• Build your pipeline and manage your own territory with a significant quota.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to prep, discover, and position deals.
• Navigate long cycles with MEDDPICC and multiple stakeholders.
