Grab is seeking an Account Manager for GrabMart Merchant partnerships in Jakarta on-site. You will build and nurture strategic relationships with high-profile merchants to grow revenue, manage end-to-end processes, and move fast in a dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Manager, this role focuses on data-driven growth and collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales or account management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales, business development, account management or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or related field.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage merchant relationships to drive growth and revenue using data-driven analysis (KPIs, ROI).
• Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to deliver value to customers.
• Collaborate with internal S&P, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance merchant experience.
• Identify opportunities for ecosystem synergy across Grab services (e.g., GrabExpress, Grab For Business).
