Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Business, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or sales leadership capacity.
• Proven experience selling IT solutions, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, system integration, or managed services.
• Established B2B client relationships or an enterprise account network in Indonesia is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with existing B2B clients.
• Act as trusted commercial advisor by understanding clients' evolving technology needs.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities across accounts.
• Develop strategic account growth plans to increase contract value and customer lifetime value.
• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients through prospecting, referrals, networking, and direct business development.
• Build and maintain a healthy, qualified, and sustainable sales pipeline.
• Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft customized technology solutions.
• Conduct commercial presentations, proposals, negotiations, and executive-level discussions.
