Job summary

Odoo is seeking a Business Development Executive to engage mid-market and corporate clients (+200 employees) in Indonesia. You will conduct qualification meetings, analyze business processes, and illustrate how Odoo ERP can transform their operations through live demonstrations.

You will work with business analysts to craft tailored solutions and negotiate terms with C-level executives. The role blends consulting with sales, offering exposure to strategic projects and potential international

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Consulting or Sales, preferably SaaS or ERP.
Bachelor degree or higher.
Fluent in Indonesian with English communication.
Excellent communication skills and target-driven.
On-site work in BSD.

Responsibilities

Understand project context through qualification meetings with legacy systems and decision-makers.
Analyze business processes and workflows across relevant departments.
Demonstrate how Odoo applications fit client needs via live software demos.
Collaborate with business analysts to design tailored solutions.
Advise C-level executives on digital transformation, pricing and contracts.
Follow the project implementation closely with the client and internal teams.
Contribute to MMC department optimization with initiative and experience.
