Job summary

CLaaS2SaaS is recruiting a Digital Business Developer to drive B2B sales and enterprise partnerships in Indonesia. You will lead outbound and inbound initiatives, qualify leads, and support the Enterprise & Learn2SaaS Lead with data-driven sales insights.

You will build a structured sales pipeline, leverage PowerBI for reporting, and use AI tools to enhance prospecting, outreach, and efficiency in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Regional focus includes HR leaders, L&D heads, and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in SaaS/EdTech/HR tech.
• Proven ability to generate and qualify enterprise leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Experience with PowerBI data visualization for sales reporting and pipeline analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools to aid prospecting, outreach, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound and inbound channels.
• Build and maintain a structured enterprise sales pipeline with accurate tracking.
• Prepare for and follow up on consultations with HR/L&D decision-makers.
• Develop tailored B2B proposals mapping SaaS solutions to client outcomes.
• Nurture relationships with enterprise clients and partners.
• Create dashboards and reports in PowerBI to monitor pipeline health and conversions.
• Coordinate with marketing/partnerships to refine enterprise messaging.
• Represent the company at B2B events and networking sessions.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status, targets, and performance.
