Responsibilities

• Actively generate, pitch, and close new SME and business clients.
• Use digital channels and platforms like Upwork to acquire clients.
• Conduct direct outreach and engage business owners to convert leads.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Advise SMEs on digital and workforce transformation opportunities.
• Translate client needs into growth, capability, and digital adoption solutions.
