PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify enterprise prospects across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Indonesia. You will engage decision-makers through outbound outreach and clearly articulate our AI-enabled B2B SaaS solutions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, strong English communication, and experience with ABM and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales.
• Experience with lead generation and outbound prospecting.
• Familiarity with ABM strategies.
• Strong English communication.
• Knowledge of Southeast Asian markets preferred.
• Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Remote work capability from Indonesia.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market research to identify enterprise accounts in Indonesia and SEA.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and databases.
• Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Communicate solutions clearly to English-speaking prospects.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Support ABM with tailored targeting strategies.
• Build relationships with business leaders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach and ICPs.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics.
• Stay informed on B2B SaaS, AI, and enterprise digital trends.
• Attend events as needed and hit monthly/quarterly KPIs.
