You will engage with prospective students across Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other online channels, understand learning goals, and recommend suitable programs.

Responsibilities

Social media selling & lead conversion across Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Manage and convert opportunities from inquiry to enrollment with CRM accuracy.
Engage with prospects via chat and calls to understand needs and propose suitable solutions.
Follow up with qualified leads to maximize conversion and achieve targets.
Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and support digital campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to enrollment.
