Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in managing social media marketing activities.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels to support new student enrollment targets.
• Strengthen brand trust through testimonials, well-structured content, and consistent messaging.
• Analyze market demand, audience behavior, and customer preferences to develop effective communication strategies for prospective students.
• Lead and coordinate designers, videographers, and copywriters in producing high-quality, conversion-focused content.
• Track and evaluate marketing performance, assess cost-effectiveness, and optimize campaigns based on daily results and analytical insights.
• Manage creative experiments and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth targets.
• Perform other responsibilities related to business operations as assigned.
