Job summary

PT Concentrix Services Indonesia in Surakarta is seeking an English Customer Service representative for a full-time, on-site role with night shifts. You will handle inbound live chats and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A minimum of D3/S1 education and strong English (B2) are required, with a focus on problem solving, empathy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

About the role

Join our high-performing team as an English Customer Service representative at PT Concentrix Services Indonesia, a leading provider of global customer experience solutions. In this full-time position based in Surakarta, Central Java, you will focus on resolving customer inquiries and concerns, also play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role divided only 2 shifting hours (16.00 / 20.00).

What you'll be doing

1. Handle inbound customer live chats with patience, empathy and professionalism
2. Provide accurate and timely information to address customer queries and concerns
3. Identify and escape complex issues to the appropriate teams for efficient resolution
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
5. Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures
6. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

1. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (minimum B2)
2. Minimum education D3/S1
3. No experience needed, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
4. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
