You will surface blockers, drive data-driven decisions, coordinate with product, design, and sales across US and Indonesia, and protect the team’s focus by enforcing commitments and high-value work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering program management or technical project management.
• Experience running operating cadences for multiple teams in parallel.
• Hands-on experience with engineering project tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the engineering operating cadence including sprint planning, check-ins, and reviews.
• Drive visibility through data by building dashboards and tracking metrics like velocity and cycle time.
• Ensure accountability and execution through effective standups and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product, design, sales, and other stakeholders to manage launches.
• Protect engineering focus by prioritizing high-value work.
