Job summary

Avanade is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee large, complex technology programs across multiple countries in Southeast Asia. You will drive end-to-end delivery, ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and manage governance with clients and executives.

You will mentor teams, contribute to architecture and integration discussions, and leverage AI-enabled approaches to improve delivery outcomes. Strong Microsoft platform expertise is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology; strong mix of hands-on delivery and strategic thinking.
• 8+ years of total experience in technology delivery and program leadership.
• Proven track record leading regional (3–5+ countries) technology implementations.
• Strong contract management, commercial terms, and client expectation handling.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end delivery within consulting or professional services.
• Ability to engage CXO and senior stakeholders and manage escalations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft platforms (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure) and guiding delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex technology programs across multiple countries within a regional delivery model.
• Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual obligations.
• Manage fixed-price and sensitive projects with strong governance and risk controls.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, and financial management.
• Assess and mitigate project and program risks in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Guide architecture discussions and informed solution decisions across Microsoft projects.
• Mentor and develop cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery momentum and high performance.
• Maintain executive relationships, navigate escalations, and drive business outcomes.
• Align delivery with client expectations and regional business practices in SEA.
