Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an experienced PMO/Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end AI-driven delivery programs for logistics. You will coordinate multiple engineering-led initiatives, shaping roadmaps and aligning with product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate problems into executable plans.

In this role you will manage risks, governance, and reporting to executives while driving continuous improvement across delivery practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IS, Business or related field
• 5+ years in PMO/TPM/PM/Engagement roles in tech/logistics/e-commerce/consulting
• Experience managing program-level initiatives or multiple interrelated projects
• Knowledge of AI developments and AI solutions in logistics/operational environments
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• PM certs (Scrum, PMP, CAPM) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven initiatives coordinating multiple engineering-led feature development projects at the program level
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk management frameworks
• Partner with Product, Engineers, Operations, and Business stakeholders to translate problems into delivery plans
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders, including progress updates, risks, priorities, and scope changes
• Provide clear project reporting and executive updates including status and business impact presentations to senior leadership
• Continuously improve project management frameworks, delivery governance, and cross-functional execution practices
