Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or similar role.
• Knowledge of CMMS and AutoCAD.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiar with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and extend asset lifespan
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment and systems are functioning optimally
• Oversee daily automotive maintenance and coordinate with logistic teams to ensure all vehicles are functioning optimally.
• Monitor and analyse maintenance performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment, facilities and systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Manage maintenance budgets, procurement of spare parts and maintenance materials, whilst ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports and documentation for management review and record-keeping
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety and environmental regulations
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Respond promptly, to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate emergency repairs

About the role

PT Mulya Adhi Paramita is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in North Jakarta, this role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, safety and optimal performance of our engineering systems and infrastructure. As Engineering & Maintenance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating with technical teams, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies that align with our organisational objectives. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operational efficiency and asset management whilst working within a dynamic and growing engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

What we’re looking for

Diploma or degree qualification in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar technical maintenance role

Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, equipment operation and preventative maintenance best practices

Proficiency in maintenance management software, computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and drafting on autocad (or equivalent) systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

Strong organisational and project management abilities with attention to detail

Solid understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
