PT. Alcotraindo Batam is seeking an experienced Engineer to apply math and science to design, develop, test, and maintain systems, products, and processes. You will lead safety-conscious design, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement.

The role covers design, development, project budgeting, spare part control, and technical support while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Excellent English written and verbal skills are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or related)
• 3+ years in a mid-level managerial role in maintenance or engineering
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices & Lean principles
• Strong leadership and analytical/problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, CAD and related tools

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols in production, maintenance, and project activities.
• Oversee safety practices (working at heights, confined spaces, explosive materials).
