Job summary

PT Cemindo Gemilang, Tbk in Batam is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Leader to guide maintenance and reliability for the Batam Plant. You will drive RCA activities and oversee instrument systems to minimize downtime.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, 2–3 years of experience in E&I, and strong PLC/DCS troubleshooting skills, with proficiency in English for verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and PLC/DCS basic troubleshooting.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical & Instrumentation root cause analysis and maintenance activities.
• Supervise the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance according to safety procedures.
• Manage schedules, spare parts, and manpower, including the maintenance budget realization.
• Implement, ensure, and consistently maintain Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
