Job summary

PT. Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead all engineering functions in our Kendal and Grobogan sites, Jawa Tengah.

This full-time role focuses on driving continuous improvement, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. The role requires 7–10 years in engineering with at least 3 years in a management position, and a strong background in CAD and lean methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years in engineering; 3+ years in management/supervisory role.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, plant operations, and equipment management.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality systems, and industry best practices.
• Excellent project management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the engineering team with mentorship.
• Oversee planning, design, and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regs, quality standards, and policies.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
• Collaborate with production and quality to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Manage budgets and capital expenditure.
