Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced hotel maintenance professional to oversee all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across the property. You will implement preventative maintenance for HVAC, generators, and water treatment, diagnose issues, and lead both in-house and contracted teams to ensure top-notch service.

• Proven experience as an engineering professional in hospitality or hotel management, ideally 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems throughout the hotel property.
• Conducting regular preventative maintenance schedules on HVAC, electrical panels, generators, water treatment systems and other critical infrastructure.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment failures and implementing timely repairs to minimise downtime.
• Managing maintenance budgets and controlling costs whilst maintaining service quality.
• Supervising and coordinating maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure work is completed to specification.
• Maintaining detailed maintenance records and documentation for all equipment and systems.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the engineering department.
• Responding to urgent/crisis maintenance issues and coordinating energy audits and efficiency improvements.

Engineering qualification or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering

Proven experience working as an engineering professional in hospitality or hotel management, ideally in a similar capacity for 3+ years

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing and building automation systems

Relevant engineering qualification or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering

Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental standards in hospitality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, guests and external suppliers

Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred; ability to communicate technical information clearly
