• Qualification or certification in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in facilities management or building systems maintenance within hospitality or similar large-scale operations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and technical documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of building systems (M,E,&P).
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Respond to emergency repairs ensuring guest safety and comfort.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to standards.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency measures.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to capital improvement projects and facility upgrades.
• Liaise with department heads to prioritise tasks.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Engineering professional to join our team on a full-time basis in Bali. As an Engineering specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our facilities and infrastructure. This position is essential to our commitment to providing outstanding service and maintaining the highest standards across all our hospitality and tourism operations. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will directly contribute to the success and reputation of PT Bali Mana One.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential issues before they become critical
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of all equipment and systems
• Respond promptly to emergency repairs and technical issues affecting guest comfort and safety
• Supervise and coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure work is completed to standard
• Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce operational costs
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performanceEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and building regulations
• Contribute to capital improvement projects and facility upgrades
• Liaise with department heads to understand facility requirements and prioritise maintenance tasks

What We're Looking For

• Qualification or certification in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in facilities management or building systems maintenance within the hospitality industry or similar large-scale operations
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and technical documentation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and coordinate with other departments
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in facilities management
• Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous
• Valid driving licence and willingness to respond to emergency calls as required
