Job summary

White Rock Beach Clube mencari Asisten Teknik untuk membantu Kepala Teknik dalam menjalankan operasi harian, pemeliharaan fasilitas bangunan, peralatan, dan sistem utilitas.

Tugas meliputi supervisi pemeliharaan preventif dan korektif pada MEP, HVAC, instalasi plumbing, serta membaca gambar teknis; koordinasi dengan kontraktor eksternal dan tim internal; serta penyusunan laporan kerja.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang teknik pada sektor perhotelan.
• Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan jadwal pemeliharaan.

Responsibilities

• Menjabat sebagai asisten Kepala Teknik dalam operasi harian dan pemeliharaan fasilitas.
• Mengawasi pemeliharaan preventif dan korektif pada fasilitas bangunan, sistem MEP, peralatan dapur, kolam renang, dan peralatan operasional lainnya.
• Memastikan kepatuhan pekerjaan teknik terhadap standar keselamatan dan prosedur perusahaan.
• Memantau utilitas seperti listrik, air, generator, AC, pipa, dan sistem limbah.
• Mengarahkan permintaan perbaikan dari semua departemen dan memastikan penyelesaiannya tepat waktu.

Job description

Assist the Chief Engineering in overseeing the daily operation and maintenance of all building facilities, equipment, and utilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained operation.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Chief Engineering in managing daily engineering operations and team activities

Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities, MEP systems, kitchen equipment, pools, and other operational equipment

Ensure all engineering work complies with safety standards and company procedures

Monitor utilities including electricity, water, generators, air conditioning, plumbing, and wastewater systems

Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests from all departments and ensure timely completion

Inspect facilities regularly and identify maintenance or safety issues

Monitor spare parts, tools, and engineering inventory

Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance and project work

Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules, and documentation for the Chief Engineering

Support emergency troubleshooting and operational issues when required

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of engineering experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance.

Able to read technical drawings and maintenance schedules.

Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Willing to work shifts and respond to emergency maintenance when needed.
