Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Information Systems/CS or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in a Technical Leader role on projects.
• Experience creating system architecture and governance; ETL and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop performance plans for technical consultants.
• Lead and review solution/technical architecture in projects.
• Collaborate with Principle for Technical Solution.
• Coordinate with Functional/Business Solution and Product teams.
• Learn and update knowledge on technical trends.
• Create and standardize template code packages and technical documentation.
• Manage project deliverables to meet timeline and scope.
• Evaluate and improve code review and technical processes.
