Job summary

SingaPay is seeking a Technical Lead to drive architectural direction and growth of the engineering team. You will mentor engineers, lead technical decisions, review code, and ensure high-quality software delivery for scalable applications and services.

You will troubleshoot complex challenges, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and promote knowledge sharing to strengthen engineering culture and impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5–10 years of software development experience.
At least 2 years in leadership or technical lead role.
Strong experience with Laravel, Golang, Python, or React and system design.

Responsibilities

Drive technical decisions and establish engineering best practices.
