NEMA Brunch & Bakery in Bali is seeking an energetic waiter/waitress to join our front-of-house team. You will deliver excellent service, present menus, take accurate orders, and upsell beverages, desserts, and add-ons to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.

You will maintain impeccable hygiene and organization across dining areas, handle bills, and process cash and card payments using the POS system, while collaborating with kitchen and floor staff.

Formación

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to learn upselling techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests, present menus, take orders accurately.
• Offer recommendations and upsell beverages, desserts, and add-ons to drive revenue.
• Maintain dining area hygiene and organization across dining tables, service stations, and guest areas.
• Process bills and handle cash/card payments using the POS system.
