Job summary

Artisan Bali is seeking friendly and professional waitstaff to welcome guests and ensure a memorable dining experience. You will take orders, describe promotions, and pair beverages with meals while maintaining a clean service area.

Responsibilities include accurate POS transactions, timely food and drink delivery, teamwork, and adhering to service standards in a fast-paced beachside setting on Bali's Bukit Peninsula. English communication is valued.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in the language used by guests.
• Have a basic knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
• Have basic mathematical skills and be able to operate POS systems.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and multitask.
• Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Capable of safely carrying trays of up to ±10 kg.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Inform guests about promotions, menu updates, and provide food & beverage recommendations.
• Take and process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, side stations, cutlery, and tables.
• Handle billing and payment processes accurately and efficiently.
• Support team members and assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties.
