Job summary

Ivory Studio Yogyakarta is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding. You will screen CVs, interview candidates, and coordinate with hiring stakeholders to fulfill workforce needs.

You will source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and employee referral programs, building talent pools and reporting recruitment progress to meet timelines. Strong communication and coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in any field.
• Experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Skilled in candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interviewing.
• Proficient in using job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview, and onboarding of candidates
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, communities, employee referral programs, and other recruitment channels
• Manage job postings and conduct CV screening and HR interviews according to job qualifications
• Coordinate with stakeholders on selection process scheduling, candidate evaluation, and workforce requirement fulfillment
• Build and maintain talent pools and nurture relationships with potential candidates to support recruitment needs
• Prepare recruitment progress reports and ensure all processes meet target timelines
