Qualifications

• At least 4 years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus.
• Understand and have experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in Sleman, Yogyakarta.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sourcing strategy in the website, career portal, and campus recruitment.
• Establish collaboration with University, Career Center, and other education institution.
• Handle end to end talent acquisition process such as job listing, sourcing, scheduling, interview and conduct any related tests.
