Job summary

PT IBM Indonesia is seeking a highly proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple international clients from Jakarta. This fast-paced, client-facing role requires ownership, quick action, and delivering results rather than waiting for instructions.

You will handle the entire recruitment pipeline from intake to placement, build active talent pipelines, and ensure candidate quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong English communication (written & spoken).
• Experience dealing with international clients.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (client briefing → sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer stage)
• Deliver qualified candidates within SLA (24–72 hours)
• Communicate with clients in professional English
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines
• Handle multiple open roles across different clients
• Ensure candidate quality, relevance, and readiness
