Job summary

Moell in Surabaya, Indonesia is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring. You will develop and execute recruitment strategies, source candidates via JobStreet, LinkedIn and social channels, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

You’ll also prepare job ads, manage candidate databases, and monitor timelines to meet hiring targets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Experience using JobStreet, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fulfill manpower needs.
• Sourcing candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media and referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
