Job summary

Igloo is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our HR team in Indonesia. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, attract high-quality candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience, while helping to build a strong employer brand.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding, develop a robust talent pipeline, and contribute to a compelling employee experience at Igloo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in proactive sourcing and pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with pre-qualified candidates.
• Promote a culture of excellence and employee engagement.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth start.
