Job summary

PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant in Jakarta Utara. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, and coordinate interviews while actively developing new business relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year in recruitment or sales, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in English is required, Mandarin (HSK 4) is a huge plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, recruitment agency, sales or business development.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is a HUGE plus (HSK 4).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in cold calling and client-facing activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, candidate coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conduct cold calling and business development to acquire new clients.
• Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Prepare candidate profiles and coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates.
• Achieve recruitment and business development targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain recruitment databases, reports, and pipeline tracking.
