Job summary

PT Lancarjaya Nusantara Enjiniring seeks an experienced HR Recruiter to join the North Jakarta team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, oversee onboarding, and coordinate contracts, renewals, and KPI development with department heads.

The role requires 2–4 years in recruitment, strong sourcing and assessment skills, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in recruitment, recruitment consulting or a related HR function.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Experience coordinating with department heads to determine manpower needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of KPI development and performance evaluation.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Genuine interest in talent acquisition and connecting people with opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from planning to onboarding.
• Handle new employee contract administration and signing.
• Coordinate employee contract renewals with supervisors.
• Work with department heads to understand recruitment priorities.
• Assist in developing KPIs for each department and position.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Support employer branding and EVP to attract quality candidates.
• Support other HR activities as required.
