Job summary

PT Bio Inti Agrindo seeks an experienced Logistics Planner to oversee end-to-end CPO shipments, coordinating with plantations, mills, and the sales team to meet delivery commitments. The role requires strong vendor management, document control, and proficiency in Excel.

You will work with multiple transport modes, ensure compliance with export/import regulations, and drive cost-efficient logistics solutions while maintaining solid relationships with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant palm oil logistics experience.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor end-to-end logistics for CPO from mill/source to customer.
• Plan shipment schedules across truck, vessel, barge and other transport modes.
• Coordinate with Sales to align shipment planning with contracts and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with plantations and mills to meet shipment commitments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents and ensure compliance with import/export requirements.
• Manage logistics vendors to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders; resolve delays or issues.
