Michelin Thailand is seeking an Employee Services Specialist based in Bangkok. You will manage employee programs, vehicle and fleet administration, and transportation services while coordinating vendor management and workplace events.

Strong automation skills with Power Automate and Power Apps will help streamline GA processes. The role requires a degree in HR or related field, 2+ years in GA/admin, and fluency in Thai with business English.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in General Affairs, Administration, Fleet Management, or Workplace Services.
• Experience in company vehicle administration, transportation services, and vendor management.
• Experience with procurement and bidding processes.
• Experience coordinating employee activities, workplace programs, and corporate events.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation.
• Strong Excel skills and power BI.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Fluent in Thai; business proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage employee test tire programs for 2R and 4W categories.
• Administer company vehicle and fleet card operations; support bidding; coordinate maintenance; handle traffic fines.
• Coordinate transportation bookings and manage service payments.
• Oversee driver transportation services and Michelin driver operations.
• Support employee engagement and workplace initiatives; events and activities.
• Develop GA automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps to improve efficiency.
