Job summary

Michelin in Bangkok is seeking an Import Export Logistics Planner to organize shipping operations and ensure on-time deliveries in line with customer commitments.

You will plan loads, manage transportation, validate documents and invoices, and monitor deliveries, proactively addressing delays, while driving continuous improvement and collaborating with stakeholders under a hybrid work policy in Bangkok.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields.
• 2-3 years experience in Export-Import or Supply Chain/Logistics fields.
• Excellent in problem solving and analytical skill.
• Excellent in communication, collaboration and teamwork.
• Proactive, ability to handle various stakeholders and unexpected challenges.
• Business Proficiency in English and Thai language.

Responsibilities

• Organize the logistic planning & shipment operations to meet customer commitments, balancing service, cost and stocks.
• Plan and optimize loads according to delivery dates and customer requirements.
• Organize transportation (chartering & slot booking) and ensure all transport, billing & customs documents are compliant.
• Monitor delivery execution and alert partners of delays or issues, proposing solutions.
• Apply corrective actions in relevant applications and pursue continuous improvement.
