Job summary

Agoda is seeking an Operations Specialist based in Bangkok to coordinate and optimize our partner operations across Managed and Self Serve programs. You will process tickets, drive medium-sized projects, and work with Legal, Privacy, Fraud, Finance, and Accounts Payables to ensure smooth contracts and payments.

You should bring 3+ years in global operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to own initiatives from planning to execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Global Operations or similar.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle operations tickets inbound from Commercial team and Partners.
• Innovate processes by leading mid-sized projects to improve efficiency, quality and partner experience.
• Coordinate with Legal, Privacy and Fraud, Finance and Accounts Payables to ensure smooth contracts and payments.
• Share knowledge and best practices across teams, both centrally and in the regions.
• Create and document processes to be followed by the commercial and operational teams.
• Maintain high service levels according to SLAs.
