Job summary

Michelin Thailand is hiring a Customer Fulfillment Analyst, Bangkok-based, to manage end-to-end customer relationships and ensure service commitments are met. You will forecast short-term needs, manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and optimize stock and transport to secure on-time supply.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in customer service and order management, with strong English and Thai skills, and a problem-solving mindset to drive corrective actions across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
• 3–5 years in customer service and order management
• Proven track record handling customer forecasts, order commitment, and end‑to‑end delivery follow-up
• Practical experience resolving customer requests, claims, and invoicing disputes
• Customer‑centric orientation with strong communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset; ability to perform root‑cause analysis and follow up corrective actions
• Ability to prioritize in a fast‑moving environment and manage multiple customers/orders concurrently
• Collaborative team player who can coordinate across multiple functions
• Business Proficiency in English and Thai language

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operational relationship with customers/partners to meet service commitments and improve satisfaction.
• Forecast short-term requirements and alert partners of major variations.
• Capture, record and commit customer orders; propose product alternatives when needed.
• Coordinate and optimize deliveries to meet customer/partner requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and secure on-time supply; detect variances and take corrective actions.
• Handle journey tracking, transport documents, invoicing and customs paperwork.
• Track non-automated orders/loads and liaise to ensure on-time deliveries; alert customers to delays.
• Capture customer requests and claims; provide issue resolution and follow-up, including invoicing disputes.
