Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned sales leader to guide a team focused on B2B projects in the construction and elevator sectors in Greater Jakarta.

You will develop sales strategies, coach the team, manage tenders, and coordinate with engineering and procurement to win contracts through to handover.

The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship skills, with a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in sales management or leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B project sales.
• Basic understanding of elevator products and project requirements.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies and business plans for construction/elevator markets.
• Lead and coach the sales team to improve prospecting, negotiation and deal execution.
• Identify upcoming projects and build relationships with developers, architects, consultants and owners.
• Clarify customer and project requirements, coordinate with Engineering to prepare proposals.
• Manage quotations and tender submissions through to purchase orders and signed contracts.
