Job summary

Blibli is expanding nationwide and seeks a Store Supervisor in Jakarta to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will guide the store team, manage inventory, and uphold visual standards while driving sales and ensuring brand compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail experience (electronics preferred), a diploma or degree in business/retail, strong leadership, and a customer-first mindset. Shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
• A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
