Job summary

Blibli Group is expanding nationwide and seeks a Store Supervisor to lead our Bekasi electronics store, delivering an outstanding customer experience and guiding the floor team. You will supervise daily operations, manage inventory, and maintain visual standards while driving sales and staff development.

You will act as the primary on-floor contact, coach team members, and ensure compliance with procedures and brand standards to uphold Blibli's quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
• A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to hit daily sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact on the floor, ensuring operational excellence and a positive team environment.
• Coach and motivate team members to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
