Job summary

Blibli Electronic is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations and drive an exceptional customer experience across our nationwide network. You’ll manage the store team, oversee inventory and visual merchandising, and maintain brand standards while coaching staff to improve performance.

With a focus on sales growth and staff development, you’ll act as the floor’s primary liaison to management, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to procedures, and a welcoming environment for all

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably electronics/consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the store team to achieve daily sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team performance.
