Job summary

PT NOVA TRADING INDONESIA is seeking a Sales Representative to develop and retain customers across assigned areas. You will conduct store visits, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transaction processes while gathering market insights and supporting sales programs.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience, SMA/SMK or equivalent, strong communication, and willingness to travel within Surabaya and Malang.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or similar position.
• Preferred in Consumer Electronics industry.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and meet targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel officially and domicile in Surabaya or Malang.

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain customers by visiting stores, dealers, and outlets.
• Conduct sales negotiations and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Collect and report market information, pricing, and sales trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to support sales programs.
