Job summary

Blibli in Pekanbaru, Indonesia, seeks a Sell Out professional to drive sell-out performance across assigned stores. You will manage promoters, lead retail execution, and implement sales initiatives to grow market share and improve in-store visibility.

Responsibilities include reporting on sales performance, promoter productivity, and in-house share, plus coaching promoters and ensuring adherence to retail standards. Willingness to travel regionally is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales; experience leading promoters or sales teams is a strong advantage.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or similar retail industries.
• Trainer or coaching experience with sales teams is highly preferred.
• Willing to travel regularly to store visits within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-out achievement across assigned stores by managing promoters and optimizing store execution.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, promoter productivity, and in-house share with actionable insights.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Execute promotions, bundling programs, in-store activations, and visibility enhancements.
• Analyze store performance and stock to identify business opportunities and develop action plans.
• Coach promoters through performance monitoring, product knowledge reinforcement, and on-the-job training.
• Ensure stores uphold company standards in displays, pricing, merchandising, and cleanliness.
