Job summary

Blibli, expanding its distribution of electronic products, seeks a Sell Out lead in Lampung to drive performance across assigned stores. You will manage promoters, optimize store execution, and implement sales strategies to boost market share while collaborating with store partners and trainers.

The role requires 2+ years in retail sales, experience with promoters or sales teams, and strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years in retail sales; experience leading promoters/sales teams is a strong advantage.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or similar retail industries.
• Trainer/Sales Trainer experience or coaching sales teams preferred.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and in-store sales execution.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-out achievement across assigned stores by managing promoters, optimizing store execution, and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales performance, promoter productivity, and in-house share, with actionable insights for improvement.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to identify opportunities to boost store and promoter productivity.
• Execute promotions, bundling programs, in-store activations, and visibility initiatives to grow sell-out and market share.
• Analyze store performance, stock availability, and competitive landscape to develop actionable plans.
• Coach promoters through performance monitoring, product knowledge reinforcement, and on-the-job training.
• Ensure stores maintain company standards: product displays, POSM, pricing accuracy, merchandising quality, and store appearance.
• Conduct promoter evaluations and grading to uphold productivity and customer engagement standards.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and promoter productivity with recommendations for business improvements.
