Job summary

PT Mahindra Accelo Steel Indonesia (PT MASI) is seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Maintenance Head to lead day-to-day maintenance of plant, building, infrastructure and machines. The role requires 10–15 years in electrical and mechanical maintenance and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have strong PLC/SCADA knowledge, be computer literate (MS Excel, PowerPoint) and able to collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills with attention to detail.
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
• English language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant, building, infrastructure and machines.
• Maintain energy management and ensure stable electrical supply.
• Support budgeting, expenditures analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering and other departments as a team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety standards.
