Job summary

PT Preformed Line Products Indonesia seeks a Maintenance Automation Lead to drive automation initiatives and streamline processes in a manufacturing setting. The candidate will lead the maintenance automation section, develop strategies and plans, and deliver efficiency improvements.

The role requires strong PLC/HMI/robot programming knowledge, a proven leadership track record, and fluent English. The position is based at MM2100 Bekasi with a focus on productivity and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, energy, or electrical engineering.
• Experience leading maintenance/automation in manufacturing.
• Strong PLC/HMI/robot programming knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership under pressure.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance automation section strategy and plan.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Identify opportunities for technology integration to improve efficiency.
• Ensure TPM practices: corrective, preventive, autonomous maintenance.
• Familiar with CMMS such as Proteus or Maintenance X.
• Track KPIs and perform root-cause analysis.
