Pt Sambal Bakar Indonesia is seeking a Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician for our Bekasi plant in West Java. You will lead diagnostics, perform complex repairs, and drive preventive maintenance to ensure safe, reliable electrical systems and equipment.

We expect a proactive leader with deep knowledge of industrial electrical systems, safety protocols, and experience mentoring junior technicians to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, AC/DC circuits, and power distribution systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex industrial electrical systems, including motors, control panels, power distribution, and machinery.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on electrical equipment according to established schedules and procedures.
• Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Identify potential electrical hazards and implement corrective actions to ensure safety compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLCs, VFDs, and other automation components.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
• Mentor and guide junior maintenance technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Respond to emergency electrical system failures and provide prompt resolution.

Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician

About the Role Our client, a large-scale industrial manufacturing facility, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician for their plant in Bekasi. This role is responsible for ensuring the continuous and safe operation of all electrical systems and equipment within the facility. You will lead diagnostic efforts, perform complex repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, and implement electrical system upgrades.
