Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in Tangerang. The role oversees planning, execution, and supervision of electrical maintenance to ensure safe operation of plant electrical systems.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years in industrial electrical maintenance, and 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, motor controls, and instrumentation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of electrical maintenance technicians in performing daily tasks.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment, including motors, generators, switchgear, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment failures promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage spare parts inventory for electrical components and tools.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
