Job summary

ABB i Indonesien söker en erfaren elkraftsingenjör som kan bli designautoritet för en teknisk disciplin och leda flera projekt inom kostnadsramar. Rollen kräver leverans enligt kontrakt, krav på kvalitet, säkerhet och cybersäkerhet samt samarbete över funktioner för tillverkning, test och idrifttagning.

Du kommer att coacha kollegor i översättning av konceptdesign till ritningar och dokumentation, samt bidra till arbetsplaner och kostnadsbedömningar. Denna tjänst är on-site i Indonesien.

Qualifications

• 5 års erfarenhet av switchgear Electrical Electrical Design, Control System och Protection Relay Coordination.
• Vana i EPLAN och AutoCAD.
• Flytande kommunikation på Bahasa Indonesia och engelska.

Responsibilities

• Är en designautoritet för en ingenjörsdisciplin och leder åtgärder i flera projekt inom angivet kostnadsram.
• Leverera uppgifter i flera projekt på ett kostnadseffektivt sätt och enligt kontraktsf̈örväntningar, kvalitet, säkerhet och cybersäkerhet.
• Koordinera med relevanta funktioner för att konstruktioner blir korrekt tillverkade, testade, installerade och idriftsatta.
• Coacha ingeniørkollegor i translation av konceptuella designer till engineering-dokumentation och bästa praxis.

Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a design authority for an engineering discipline. Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.

This role is contributing to the Electrical Distribution in Indonesia.

• Working with the customer to shape and deliver solutions while seeking customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.
• Creating work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects and ensuring quality, timely implementation within the targeted cost.
• Coordinating with relevant functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured / staged, tested, installed, and commissioned.
• Coaching engineering colleagues on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, best practices, and lessons learned from past projects.

Qualifications for the role

• You have 5 years of experience in Switchgear Electrical Electrical Design, Control System, Protection Relay Coordination
• Highly adept in EPLAN & Autocad
• You are innovative around leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience of Electrical Engineering in Medium Voltage Switchgear
• You are at ease communicating in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
