Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in switchgear electrical design, control systems, and protection relay coordination.
• Strong proficiency in EPLAN and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience with medium voltage switchgear.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to shape and deliver solutions while capturing feedback.
• Create work plans and cost estimates for project portfolios, ensuring quality and timely delivery within cost.
• Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure designs are manufactured, tested, installed and commissioned.
• Coach engineers on translating conceptual designs to engineering documentation and best practices.
